One of my favorite blogging buddies missdimplez.com caught up with Mr. Birthday sex himself Jeremih for an exclusive interview. His smash hit “ilike” featuring Ludacris is slowly making its way up the charts as the first single released. Jeremih’s album “All about you” is currently in stores as I type. To date, birthday sex has been your most notable hit, do you think you’ll ever be able to create something to surpass that?
You know what, while creating I don’t ever think about that. One song doesn’t define me as an artist, nor my album, nor my future… When I go to create music, I just take whatever feelings I have from that day and use it. I guess you could say, that’s just how the organic feeling of creating is to me. I can promise you that this album is going to be twice as good as the first one. And I plan to keep on going that way with every album to come.
So ummm… You talk about sex a lot, when did you lose your virginity?
Oh… [laughs] When I was like 15. My sophomore year of high school…
What are your turn ons and turn offs about a woman?
I love a woman that smells good, like her hair… But an automatic no would be a horrible shoe game and bad breath. [laughs] I think I can tell a lot about a woman by her shoes…
