According to snitches, singer Kelly Rowland owes more than $98,000 in delinquent federal taxes.
The IRS filed a $98,634 lien against Rowland with the New York Register earlier this month.

After splitting up from longtime boyfriend Reggie Bush, Kim’s been seen on several dates ranging with the likes of NFLer Miles Austin but he couldn’t handle the paparazzi and attention.
