Homemade Avocado Facial Mask for Dry, & Sensitive Skin
1/2 Ripe Avocado
2 Teaspoons of Honey –Honey is always a natural toner
Leave on for 10-15 minutes
Mash up 1/2 ripe avocado with a spoon or use a blender until avocado is smooth. Add 2 teaspoons of honey. Apply to face for 10-15 minutes.

For Dry Hair
1-2 Ripe Avocados
1 tablespoon of honey
2 tablespoon of olive oil
Some people add a few spoons of mayonnaise for protein
Mash up the one ripe avocado. Add 1 tablespoon of honey and 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Mix until creamy and then apply to your hair. Leave for 20 minutes and then wash out with a gentle shampoo.
