LA Clippers star Chris Paul is taking Avril Lavigne‘s 12,184 square foot $9.5 million dollar mansion located in Bel Air Crest off her hands. It has 8 bedrooms and 10.5 bathrooms, a wine cellar, 10-car garage, gym, sauna and a covered outdoor living room. First Avril loses her boyfriend Brody Jenner now her mega home.
If the mansion looks familiar its because drummer Travis Barker and wife lived in the mansion while shooting their MTV reality show a few years ago. CP3 will be able to afford his new digs on his $68, 000, 000 dollar contract.

First kiss is a blur a bit because it was like, “I don’t even know if I kissed that girl.” I’d say the most memorable kiss I had was with this girl Jade Lee. We kissed this one time on the roof of my mom’s old house. We wrote our names on it. It was like some real romantic type ish.
