0Beyonce Brings Blue Ivy on Stage in London (WATCH)

At London’s O2 Arena Beyonce briefly brought out her 15 month old daughter Blue Ivy.  She was wearing a pretty white dress and protective earphones while mommy sung “Irreplaceable” .

Beyonce  appeared on Good Morning America this morning. Check out some quotes.

On being a protective mother
”I am very protective. I just want to make sure that [Blue Ivy] can have a healthy, safe, normal life. … In the back of my mind, she’s my priority. And life is completely different now.”

“I feel really, really just lucky that I can still do what I love, and now have a way bigger meaning. And that’s to be her mother.”

In fact, Blue Ivy may one day be a big sister, according to the singer. “I would like more children,” she said. “I think my daughter needs some company.”

9Beyonce Life is But A Dream Documentary ( Full )

Saturday night was all about Beyonce fever! First she was on Oprah’s Next Chapter and then we got a chance to check her long awaited documentary.

Not only did Beyonce direct it herself, but starred in it.  In all honestly I thought Bey was going to dispel the surrogate rumors with showing us herself pregnant at 8 & 9 months. But I was sadly disappointed. Overall what did you think of the video?

Here are some mix reviews:

The New York Times calls Life is But A Dream “as contrived as ‘Madonna: Truth or Dare,’ but probably for good reason it is neither daring nor entirely truthful. It’s an infomercial, not just about Beyoncé’s talent onstage but her authenticity behind the scenes. She is a people-pleasing diva and she wants to keep it that way.” The paper concluded that “this documentary doesn’t really convey what life as a celebrity is like, but it does say a lot about how this celebrity would like to be seen.”

Billboard saidthe film was “a pleasant surprise of a watch” and noted that the film made Beyonce seem more “real.” “The well-oiled, media-trained, hit-making machine has a heart. And it’s huge.”

MTV is among those that think that the documentary may have been “overly polished” and lacking in new insights.

0Beyonce opens up about her Miscarriage

In a surprising move, Beyonce shares a personal experience with  her fans. Topic of discussion? a  miscarriage.

Beyonce opens up for the first time about her first miscarriage and its aftermath in Life Is But a Dream, her new documentary debuting on HBO in February. “About two years ago, I was pregnant for the first time,” the Grammy winner says in one scene. “And I heard the heartbeat, which was the most beautiful music I ever heard in my life.”

Bey and husband Jay-Z were filled with excited about their baby-to-be. “I picked out names,” Beyonce recalls. “I envisioned what my child would look like . . . I was feeling very maternal.”

But something went wrong in the early stages, the “Love on Top” singer reveals. “I flew back to New York to get my check up — and no heartbeat,” she says. “Literally the week before I went to the doctor, everything was fine, but there was no heartbeat.”

The superstar (who will perform at the Super Bowl Half Time show this Sunday, Feb. 3) dealt with the heartache the best way she knew how: Through music.

“I went into the studio and wrote the saddest song I’ve ever written in my life,” she says, although she doesn’t name the track. “And it was actually the first song I wrote for my album. And it was the best form of therapy for me, because it was the saddest thing I’ve ever been through.”

All of which made her successful pregnancy with Blue Ivy all the more exciting and joyful. “Being pregnant was very much like falling in love,” she muse. “You are so open. You are so overjoyed. There’s no words that can express having a baby growing inside of you, so of course you want to scream it out and tell everyone.”

Do you think people will now stop questioning Bey‘s pregnancy? Does she come across as a woman who experience pregnanct first hand?

0Beyonce and Jay-z Spend $200,000 on Blue Ivy’s Birthday

Hip Hop’s royal parents reportedly spent $200,000 on Blue Ivy’s first birthday cha ching. Below are the deets

$80,000 on a spectacular diamond-encrusted Barbie doll
$95,000 was reportedly spent on the finest pink and white roses
cake was about $2,000 and toys and gifts for their guests racked up another $30,000

Is this a little too much for a one year old? Bey and Jay work hard for their paycheck. Do they have the right to spend it however they want?

0*Updated* Blue Ivy on vacation playing Uno

Blue Ivy turned 1 January 7th and she spent it in the Bahamas.  Jay-z posted the picture to his Life + Times website and captioned it, “Last day of vacation, playing UNO.” Rumors were swirling Jay planned on throwing Blue a 1 million dollar party in the basement of Barclays Center.

But it seems the happy parents kept it low key with Auntie Kelly Rowland invited to the island to celebrate.

1Blue Ivy Turns 1! Beyonce & Jay z to Throw $1 Million Dollar Party

Has it been a year already? Time goes by too fast. Blue Ivy‘s a year old and of course will have a birthday party thrown to her we can only dream off.

Daddy Jay z will reportedly drop $1 million to rent a luxurious nursery at the center, which is home to his NBA team the Brooklyn Nets. While the rental is said to be specifically for Blue Ivy’s birthday, it will allegedly be valid for 12 months, according to Us Magazine.

“Jay rents a luxurious basement suite for $1 million a year. It has an area for Blue filled with toys,” a source told Us. “It’s all glass with a champagne bar and TV screen. Jay lets friends use his digs when he’s not there.”

The couple, who has been married four years, has reportedly invited some of their closest friends and family to the lavish party. Hollywood couple Gwyneth Paltrow and Chris Martin will allegedly be in attendance with their two children Apple and Moses as will Beyonce’s Sister Solange and her son Julez.

0Beyonce & Jay z lose ”Blue Ivy” trademark rights

Jay-Z and Beyoncé lost their battle to trademark their 9-month-old daughter’s seemingly unique name, Blue Ivy.

Last week, a Boston event planning company called Blue Ivy Events won a legal battle against singer Beyoncé Knowles and rapper Shawn “Jay-Z” Carter. King B reportedly filed an application in January to trademark the name of her firstborn, in part to protect the moniker for future use in a line of baby product.

The Boston event planners evidently don’t mind that the famous family chose the name for their baby girl, and in fact seem rather proud of it. The company’s website prominently displays a photo of Jay-Z and Beyoncé with the caption, “Congrats to our soul mate couple with baby Blue Ivy!!!”
