0New music by Drake “Days in the East” (Is He Rapping About Rihanna?)

“I threw my hands in the air and said show me something,”

Drizzy released some questionable new music where everyone seems to think he’s rapping about his current love interest Rihanna. These two have been snapped everywhere together basically inseparable since they’ve become an exclusive item.

Not everyone seems happy about the couples union.  Drake close circle of friends may be yelling No new Friends to the singer/rapper. According to a fan by the username @Hi_Haterzzz  her co-worker enjoyed VIP with Drake’s entourage and began bashing the “Diamonds” singer.

She tweeted, “So the white guy said rih was a b**ch and they can’t stand her being around.” She added, “They also made a comment. Saying she was so demanding no wonder Chris hit her.”

Check out Drake put his feelings pen to paper.

I’m terrible at invitin’ myself, call me over
Those nights when you need someone else call me over
You can be the one to take control call me over
When I get there, you already know, call me

Told you about givin’ him chances on chances on chances
He’s not holdin’ you down, he’s holdin’ you back right now

Take a flight here, pop a xan for the boy
Waking up in Amsterdam with the boy
Long flight home, another xan for your boy
You would probably fly out to Japan for the boy
You would probably kill another man for the boy

0Jay z disses Drake on “We Made it” Remix

Drake made a few comments  in a Rolling Stone magazine article about Hov always rapping about art.  He said,

It’s like Hov can’t drop bars these days without at least four art references. I would love to collect [art] at some point, but I think the whole Rap/art world thing is getting kind of corny.”

Jay z clapped back at the Canadian rapper with this response on Jay Electronica’s freestyle “We made it” remix

Sorry Mr. Drizzy for so much art talk/Silly me, rappin’ ’bout sh*t that I really bought / While these rappers rap about guns that they ain’t shot / And a bunch of other silly sh*t that they ain’t got.

However it’s not the first time Drake has come after Jay. He seemed to make reference to Jay Z and Kanye West on his track ”I’m On One,” with the lyrics, “I’m just feelin’ like the throne is for the taking. Watch me take it.”

In the same article, Drake admits that he wasn’t in good graces with Kanye and Jay at one point. ”It was a lack of communication paired with natural competitiveness,” Drake says in the piece. “But those two are gods to me.”

Do you think Drake will come back with a few bars?

0Drake Apologizes to Rolling Stone over Phillip Seymour Hoffman Cover

Drake heavily criticized  Rolling Stone for replacing his cover with the late actor Philip  Seymour Hoffman.

The Canadian tweeted

Early this Friday morning Drake had a change of heart and issued the below apology titled

Tough Day At the Office

“I completely support and agree with Rolling Stone replacing me on the cover with the legendary Phillip (sic) Seymour Hoffman. He is one of the most incredible actors of our time and a man that deserves to be immortalized by this publication. My frustration stemmed from the way it was executed. The circumstances at hand are completely justifiable (on the magazines behalf), but I was not able to salvage my story or my photos and that was devastating. They ran the issue without giving me a choice to be in it or not. I would have waited until it was my time because I understand the magnitude of the cover they chose but I just wasn’t given that option and that made me feel violated. I apologize to anybody who took my initial comments out of context because in no way would I ever want to offend the Hoffman family or see myself as bigger than that moment.”

0Twitter clowns Drake over his Portrait Tattoo of Father

California-based tattoo artist Dr Woo designed Drake‘s mini portrait of his father.  We believe this makes tattoo number 5 for the rapper. Drake and his father share a close relationship. Some might remember him from the Worst behavior video. In a GQ interview Drake said

“Me and my dad are friends. We’re cool. I’ll never be disappointed again, because I don’t expect anything anymore from him. I just let him exist, and that’s how we get along. We laugh. We have drinks together. But I spent too many nights looking by the window, seeing if the car was going to pull up. And the car never came.”

Unforgiving Twitter erupted with jokes because of the small  size. You can some of the tweets here

0Kanye promises to stop ranting for 6 months

Kanye told fans in Toronto, Ontario, that in 2014 he will be a little less negative for the new year.

“Everything I’m saying that’s not allowed, soak it in right now… this might be the last time y’all hear me talk s*** for a long time. Might be another like six months. At least.”

“You’re just gonna have to run back [my past] interviews and s*** if you wanna hear some realness!”

The rant, which was apparently 27 minutes long, continued with the “Mercy” hit maker saying, “I’m gonna tell y’all right now that all of the ideas, what they call the rants, the streams of consciousness that I express, I told y’all — save those tapes and everything because I’ve decided to completely focus everything in 2014, on new ideas and on creative outlets.”

“I’m not [going to] ever bring up Nike again, and the only way I’ll bring them up is in a positive light… I’ll never bring up the Grammys again in a negative light, because I actually appreciate the 21 Grammys that I did win.”

0Drake Drops Kendrick Lamar Diss Track

Drake took a shot at Kendrick Lamar on Future’s  Sh*t remix. The verse most likely is a response to Kendrick’s “Control” verse.

“I hear you talk about your city like you run that/ And I brought my tour to your city/ You my son there, n—-a,” he spits over the Mike WiLL Made It-produced beat. “If a n—-a say my name, he the hot s—/ But if I say the n—a name, he still the hot s— / F—ed up/ Lucky I don’t feed into the gossip.”

“If a n*gga say my name he the hot shit / But if I say that nigga name he still the hot shit.” The Canadian rapper also says, “Funny how they dangling the bait but I’m the one that’s killing niggas on the hook.”

TDE’s Top Dawg and Punch responded on Twitter to Drake’s verse on Future’s “Shit” remix,

If this is the best shit niggas got… I feel sorry 4 em…lmao (top Dawg)

Hahahahah. That’s it? Really? (Punch)
